Two world-class hotels will tower over the Las Vegas Strip, featuring high-tech and Vegas flair. A Five Star luxury Spa Hotel with 500 rooms will rise above the Vegas Strip, and each luxurious suite will contain a private spa area for in-room services. A second luxury 70 story, 2,000 room hotel will also house a 3,000 seat Dinner Showroom, 200 seat Jazz Club Theater and bar area, Night Club, Fitness Center, and 40,000 square-feet of retail space.
