An entrepreneur at heart, Jackson spent ten years as the President and Chief Operating Officer of an IT consulting firm located in New York City.

Blake Cumbers, a 40-year veteran of the casino resort industry, has a solid background in resort development and operations. With Harrah’s Entertainment, Boyd Gaming Corporation and other casino gaming companies, he has served in a variety of senior management positions, including: Dir. of Entertainment, VP of Marketing, General Manager and Corporate VP of Development. Cumbers served on the management teams that developed and operated Harrah’s Marina and Harrah’s at Trump Plaza resorts in Atlantic City and Boyd Gaming Corporation’s Borgata, the $1.1 billion entertainment destination that set a new standard of excellence in Atlantic City. Cumbers performed public service for Clark County School District in Las Vegas, where he started up and managed a $4.1 billion Capital Improvement Program.

Roy Hamilton is a six-time Emmy award-winning multi-media executive. He served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Development & Planning at FOX Sports 1 and 2 and was a producer for ESPN, NBC Sports, and CBS Sports. Previously, he was Vice President and Executive Producer of Production for FOX Sports’ College Football and Basketball, Boxing, Regional NBA coverage, and their inaugural season of NFL coverage. Before embarking on a career in sports production, Hamilton was a high school basketball standout, a college All-American at UCLA, and a first-round NBA Draft pick, selected 10th overall by the Detroit Pistons.

Stephen Milledge has more than 20 years of experience in organizational management and operations for several multi-million-dollar companies. He has developed an expertise in facilities planning, financial management, employee operations, contracts, and construction. Milledge was recently involved in the construction of a half-billion-dollar high-rise condominium project in Las Vegas, where he was the Owners Representative for the developer, architect, and general contractor. He was the Senior Project Manager for a skilled nursing facility in Las Vegas.

Joel Ferguson has more than 25 years of experience as the team leader for new projects for three divisions for one of the largest minority-owned foodservice corporations and Franchisee of Pizza Hut, which owned 67 stores in the San Diego market. His experience includes product, brand and equipment selection, construction project management, lease and contract negotiation, screening new projects, corporate strategy development, financial and profitability modeling. Ferguson was also in charge of operations for a $12 million retail and foodservice corporation with operations in Las Vegas and Philadelphia airports overseeing a staff of 90+ employees. Ferguson has experience in acquisitions and divestitures of national brand foodservice operators.

Filomena Sameon is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional. She has worked for several multimillion-dollar corporations in the Southern California and Las Vegas, NV, areas over the past 30 years. Filomena got her start in the accounting industry in the Philippines after graduating from university with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She became a Certified Public Accountant and handled accounting and auditing services for multiple companies. After she moved to the United States, Sameon worked as a Controller for a Pharmaceutical company in Pasadena, CA, a position she remained in for 15 years. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, she sold commercial and residential properties in Southern California and raw land in the Palmdale and Lancaster, California area and Rio Rico, Arizona.

Alisa J. Steinhauer is a licensed Nevada & California Attorney. She has provided Pro Bono services to the Children’s Attorney’s Project of Legal Aid of Southern Nevada, worked with the Ed Edelman’s Children’s Court, was a former Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, and has assisted on cases in the private sector with attorneys. Steinhauer has practiced in the areas of contracts law, employment issues, wrongful termination, civil rights violations, immigration, and personal injury. She worked as a contract attorney for the food distribution corporation Rykoff-Sexton Inc. where she assisted on contract issues, real estate agreements, writing employment manuals, and her detailed review of files caught fires before they happened. She has continued to consult with Slipakoff Consulting through the years on employee relations matters. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management and is a Nevada Notary Public.
